Accessing the Secure Portal (SimplePractice)
-Pay your bill
-Send your provider a secured message
-Review all documents and uploads
-Log into the portal.
-On the top right-hand side you will see a small box with a peak and lines in the center. That is the secured messaging icon.
-Click on the icon to begin your message to your provider.
-Please note the portal at this time will only allow messaging to your primary provider. If you do not see your provider’s name at the top of the messaging feature, please call the office at 443-953-8922 to leave a message for your provider.
