As part of the psychiatric care team at Mind and Soul Telewellness, I know how important it is to take care of your whole self, including your physical and mental health.
That’s why I’m excited to announce my new 6-week nutritional psychiatry and clean eating program for adults.
This program is designed to help you:
Learn how to eat healthier and more nutritiously to support your mental health
Get more energy and improve your mood
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve your sleep quality
Boost your overall physical and mental well-being
The program will include weekly group meetings for 6 weeks, where you will learn from me and other participants. We will cover a variety of topics, including:
The basics of nutrition and clean eating
How to create a personalized meal plan
How to read food labels and make informed choices
How your brain and your gut are connected
How to manage stress and anxiety through diet and lifestyle
The benefits of working on these goals in a group setting include:
Support and encouragement from other participants
Accountability and motivation
A sense of community and belonging
Opportunity to learn from and share experiences with others
This group will start Monday, 10/16/23 7 pm-8 pm, and will run weekly for 6 weeks.
