I feel comfortable opening up to her about my mental health struggles. She actively listens and recalls details of previous conversations to tie back/come full circle on a topic. I love the additional resources she provides as well.

Despite my life and brain being all over the place, Janine always reels me back down to a calmer place. She has been very creative in learning what works for me, and is constantly looking for more ways to help, providing resources and even answering emergency messages in the portal.
